There is no charge for attending each of the AGMs.
The cost for attending the Joint Conference is £48.00 per delegate (inc VAT) and this
includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

How to book:

To secure your place please complete this booking form and return it to:

A confirmation of your booking will be sent within 3 days.

Deadline for receiving booking forms is Friday 25 October 2013.
Places will be reserved on a first come first served basis as the AMEX has a
maximum room capacity.
3.
No refund will be made for cancellation or non attendance. We suggest that
another member from your Council / Organisation attends on your behalf.
4.
The programme for this event may be subject to change and Action in rural Sussex
and Sussex Associations of Local Councils reserve the right to make those changes.
5.
As a Member of AirS and / or SALC it is your right to attend just the AGMs at no cost.
Formal papers for each of the AGMs will be sent out to individual Members and
Member Organisations under separate cover.
