The ShoreTel solution enables Tulip to provide better customer service and has improved internal communication among its employees. Tulip produces over 358,000 tonnes of meat each year and is one of the leading providers to UK supermarkets. Tulip offers a range of products including the brands Danepak and Spam and in recent years has grown substantially largely as a result of acquisition. In order to keep up with its own growth, Tulip decided to integrate a Unified Communication platform across their 24 sites.
