First priority is given to extended care program families currently attending or registered for the next school year. You may sign up for one or more camps. Each camp is one 2-week session. You must sign up for 2 weeks. Forms are due ASAP but no later than March 31, 2017 if you are an in-house family. TUITION POLICIES: Tuition statements will be sent by email two weeks before the camp session starts. We accept checks or online payments. Tuition is due in full by the Monday prior to each camp. If your tuition payment is not received by the due date, your child will not be allowed to start the camp session. There is no deposit required for families who are registered for the 2017/2018 school year. A $50 deposit is due for each camp at the time of registration for families who are not registered for the 2017/2018 school year. This deposit is non-refundable and is applied to each camp’s tuition fee. After a registration has been received, you are responsible for the full tuition of the sessions you have registered for.
