Team Naming Rules for
NJSIAA High School Individual States
Do Not:
use nicknames as the school name
designate boys or girls as the team name
include mascots in the school name or abbreviation
include the calendar year
use USA-Swimming LSC codes
punctuation characters
Only one team name per school,
even if separate teams!
