This is a service provided by us as the managing agent, it is not insurance. We have clear guidelines from
our own insurers which we adhere to closely to ensure that the whole process is as smooth as possible.
We do so much more that just pay the rent and legal fees. We continue to chase the rent, inspect the
property and check for abandonment, attend at court on your behalf and meet with bailiffs if required.

We do fully reference our potential tenants with a reputable external firm. However, people’s situations
can change overnight and rent protection is there to protect you. People can lose their jobs, experience
marital difficulties or bereavement, all of which could affect their ability to pay the rent
What is provided for just £5.28 per month (including IPT)

Accidental Damage to the landlords property, household goods and non-permanent fixtures and fittings
like carpets and curtains

£2,500 cover level

Nil Excess as standard

Monthly paid premium by Direct Debit (no fees to cancel)

All claims paid direct to policyholder as the named insured party

Tenants must make the claim when the accident takes place (not on tenancy check out)

•On 23rd November 2016 the tenant fee ban was announced
•We tore up our 2017 plan and focused on developing our proposition to respond
to the ban
•In January we met with 100 customers, in 9 workshops:
•To share our knowledge from Scotland, our thinking and ideas
•To understand the impact and listen to their ideas
•The output was our 2017 development plan (hold that thought)
•This month we are meeting customers again, 50% for the second time
•And we’re meeting all of you!
