SAFE-T Deadline teacher for submitting a Student Learning Objective
(SLO) for inclusion in the dossier.
SAFE-T Preliminary Cycle Data Collection Period
Each evaluator completes at least one unannounced (entire lesson)
observation with completed observation record ET1 placed in the dossier.
Teacher completes a Reflection on Instruction and Student Learning, TT3
(within 7 calendar days) after each integral observation and submits for
inclusion in the dossier.
Teacher completes the Short Range Planning for Instruction, TT2 (within
10 calendar days) after the administrator’s integral observation and
submits for inclusion in the dossier.
SAFE-T Deadline for teacher submitting Professional Self-Assessment, TT4
Administrator deadline for completing the Professional Performance Review
ET2 for inclusion in the dossier
SAFE-T team members complete independent review of dossier, consensus
meetings, and evaluation conferences

Administrator deadline for submitting Preliminary Judgment (ET3 SAFET Summary) and any needed Competence Building APS Forms to Human

Each evaluator completes at least one (45 minutes) unannounced observation
with completed observation form ET1 placed in the dossier.
Teacher completes a Reflection on Instruction and Student Learning, TT3
(within 7 calendar days) after each integral observation and submits for the
dossier.
Teacher completes the Short Range Planning for Instruction, TT2 (within
10 calendar days) after the peer educator’s integral observation and
submits for inclusion in the dossier.
Teacher completes a 2nd Self-Assessment (TT4) and submits for dossier by
March 10, 2017 (if required).
