Description: The TGI Fridays Snacks Summer of Fridays Sweepstakes Promotion (“PROMOTION”)
begins at 11:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on July 1, 2015 and ends at 5:00 PM MST on July 31,
2015 (“Promotion Period”).
Entry Period: Entry submission begins on July 1, 2015 at 11:00 AM MST and ends on July 31, 2015 at
5:00 PM MST. Entrants are eligible for Sweepstakes prize giveaways during the full Promotion Period.
Sponsor: Defero LLC, 3131 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016 (the “ADMINISTRATOR”) is the only
sponsor of the PROMOTION. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the method(s) of
entering the PROMOTION must be addressed to the ADMINISTRATOR directly.
Eligibility: The PROMOTION is open only to legal residents of the United States (U.S.) who are at least
eighteen (18) years of age (“ENTRANT”). Employees, directors, and officers as well as their immediate
families (spouses and siblings, parents, and children and their spouses) and members of the same
household (whether or not related) of Defero LLC (the “ADMINISTRATOR”), Inventure Foods (the
“SPONSOR”), their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children, and each of their spouses,
regardless of residence) and persons residing in the same households of each of these individuals,
whether related or not (collectively, the "Released Entities"), are ineligible to enter or win. All applicable
federal, state and local laws apply. PROMOTION is void outside the United States and Washington, DC,
in Puerto Rico, in U.S. Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where
prohibited by law, rule or regulation.
Agreement to the Official Rules: By participating in the PROMOTION, each participant fully and
unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the SPONSOR, which are
final and binding in all matters related to the PROMOTION. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling
all requirements set forth herein.
Assignment of Intellectual Property: By participating in the PROMOTION, each ENTRANT assigns and
transfers all intellectual property rights, title, and interest, including, but not limited to trademark and
copyright, in any entry for this PROMOTION to the ADMINISTRATOR and SPONSOR.
How to Enter: Enter by visiting the Summer of Fridays sweepstakes entry page
(www.TGIFSnack.com/SummerofFridays). Participants must complete the online Sweepstakes
registration form. Each participant will be required to provide name, address (including city, state, and
zip code), date of birth, and e-mail address. Each ENTRANT that fully completes the registration form
will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person, per day. All submitted
entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. MST on July 31, 2015. All entries become the property of the
SPONSOR and will not be acknowledged or returned. SPONSOR reserves the right, in their sole
discretion, to void any and all entries of an ENTRANT who submits more than the stated maximum limit
of entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other
methods, or who SPONSOR believes has attempted to tamper with, influence or impair the
administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. SPONSOR may reject any
submitted entry that they determine, in their sole and absolute discretion, fails to meet any of the
eligibility requirements. SPONSOR is not responsible for lost, late, incorrect, incomplete, invalid,
unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. Proof of sending or submission will
not be deemed to be proof of receipt by SPONSOR. Use of any automated system to submit entries is
prohibited and will result in disqualification of all such entries as well as the ENTRANT. By participating
in this Sweepstakes, ENTRANTS agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the
SPONSOR which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By entering this
Sweepstakes, ENTRANTS agree that each entry becomes the property of SPONSOR and that the
SPONSOR may use such entry for any proper purpose. Any personally identifiable information collected
during an ENTRANT’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by SPONSOR and used by
SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, their respective affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper
administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules.
Selection of Winners: SPONSOR and ADMINISTRATOR will randomly select all prize winners with a
random number generator. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All
winners will be chosen by SPONSOR and notified via e-mail. ENTRANTS are responsible for ensuring that
all e-mail information is up-to-date and accurate. Prize notices returned as undeliverable will result in
the disqualification of the potential prize winner and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners will
be notified within 21 days after promotion period ends. The SPONSOR’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within
48 hours, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all
rights to any prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Prizes:
The SPONSOR will randomly select five (5) ENTRANTS to win the following prizes:
 One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
o Fifty (50) “Free Bag of TGI Fridays Snacks (2oz-6.75oz)” (Maximum Retail Value:
$150.00)
o One (1) TGI Friday’s Snack Swag Pack including: one TGI Fridays hat, t-shirt, mug
(Maximum Retail Value: $50.00)
 Two (2) Winners will receive:
o One (1) TGI Fridays t-shirt, coupon, and one free bag voucher (Maximum Retail
Value: $25.00)
Terms and Conditions of Prize Drawings & Selected Contest Winners
1. Prizes may not be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other offer.
2. PROMOTION begins July 1, 2015 11:00 AM MST and ends at 5:00pm MST on July 31, 2015 when
all submissions must be received.
3. SPONSOR and ADMINISTRATOR will randomly select all prize winners with a random number
generator. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All winners will
be chosen by SPONSOR and notified via e-mail. ENTRANTS are responsible for ensuring that all
e-mail information is up-to-date and accurate. Prize notices returned as undeliverable will result
in the disqualification of the potential prize winner and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners will be notified within 21 days after promotion period ends. The SPONSOR’s decision is
final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a potential winner cannot be contacted,
does not respond within 48 hours, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable,
such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
4. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of each winner.
5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value if not used.
Verification of winner and delivery of prize: All winners may be required to sign an affidavit of
eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Entry into this PROMOTION
constitutes prize winner’s agreement to sign such releases.
Disputes: In the event of a dispute as to any winner who entered by making an online entry, the person
to whom the registration was assigned will be deemed the winning entrant. Potential winners may be
required to show proof of identification.
Substitution; Taxes: No assignment or transfer of prizes will be permitted, except at Prize Provider’s sole
discretion. WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED
WITH THE RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZE.
Potential Winner: Publicity. As a condition of entry, you grant consent to the ADMINISTRATOR,
SPONSOR, and their agents to use your name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for publicity
or advertising in any media or manner, without further payment, consideration, notice or approval and
without geographic or time limitation.
Liability: You agree that the Released Entities, ADMINISTRATOR, SPONSOR, and its members (including,
without limitation), and each of their parent and affiliate companies, advertising, fulfillment, promotion
and interactive agencies, contractors and any others engaged in the development, production or
distribution of promotion materials for this PROMOTION and their subsidiaries and affiliated companies
will have no liability whatsoever in connection with this PROMOTION and, you shall hold them harmless
for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind that you or others may incur as a consequence of your
participation in the PROMOTION or your acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. By entering the
PROMOTION, entrant explicitly releases, discharges and holds harmless the SPONSOR and Prize Provider
and the Released Entities, their successors, estates and assigns and all their respective shareholders,
directors, officers and employees, one and all, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action,
damages, actual, incidental or consequential, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including
attorneys’ fees and/or experts fees and costs, which he/she now has or may acquire, by reason of any
personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of
his/her participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use or misuse of a prize. The Released
Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused,
directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from ENTRANT’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or
use or misuse of any prize
Conditions of Participation: Conduct. SPONSOR reserves the right in its sole discretion, to modify,
cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the PROMOTION and to disqualify any individual who tampers with
the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. In the
event that the PROMOTION is terminated early, SPONSOR reserves the right, but not the obligation, to
award prizes to persons who entered prior to the date of termination. Without limiting the foregoing,
SPONSOR may lock out any ENTRANT who, in SPONSOR’s sole judgment, has been disqualified, has
questionable eligibility or is otherwise ineligible to enter.
Disputes/Choice of Law: SPONSOR's decision will be final. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of
action arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway(s), or any prize(s) awarded, shall be resolved
individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a
federal or state court in the United States of America. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall
be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the
Giveaway(s), but in no event attorney’s fees. Under no circumstances will ENTRANT be permitted to
obtain awards for, and ENTRANT hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential
damages, and any other damages (other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses), and any and all rights
to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SPONSOR assumes no responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any error that may
result in an erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize. SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR and their
agents are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, for technical, hardware or software
failures of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or for failed, incomplete, garbled or
delayed computer transmissions or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the
entries. Proof of entering information at website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt.
SPONSOR reserves the right to make changes or additions to and/or extend the dates of the Giveaway(s)
for any reason at any time without prior notification and cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the
Giveaway(s) in event of any technical malfunction, including any unauthorized tampering or other
interference beyond the control of the SPONSOR. All issues and questions concerning the construction,
validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of
ENTRANT, the SPONSOR and the ADMINISTRATOR in connection with the Giveaway(s) shall be governed
by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any
choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Arizona or any other
jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the
State of Arizona.
Entrant’s Personal Information: In order to participate in the PROMOTION, ENTRANTS will be required
to supply certain information about them. SPONSOR has specified which information is mandatory in
order to participate in the PROMOTION. This information will be used by SPONSOR for the purposes of
administering the PROMOTION and for marketing purposes, but will not be sold or rented to third
parties. Personal information may be used by SPONSOR, on SPONSOR’s behalf, to send subscribers
PROMOTION updates and announcements only.
