Open Night
Our Annual Open Night is on Wednesday 23rd November from 7.00pm – 9.00pm. All parents
and families are very welcome. A special invite to pre-school children and their parents. If
you know of any families that would like to attend our school please invite them along.
Refreshments will be served on the night. Children’s work will also be on display.
Clothes Collection
Our Parents Association has organised a clothes collection for Monday 14th November at
9.30. You can drop clothes into the school at any time before and up to this date. Please
donate any unwanted clothes & textiles, mobile phone or laptops to raise funds for our
School. This has proved to be a very worthwhile fundraiser in the past
Rugby
Rugby coach Nick Murphy will take 2nd – 6th classes for Rugby training from next Monday.
Christmas Annuals
Attached are order forms for Christmas Annuals. If anyone wants to order the Folen’s or
Educate Christmas Annuals they cost €4.00. Closing date for all orders and money is
Wednesday 23rd. Please send back order forms with child’s name and what annual/s you
would like to order.
Halloween dress up
Thank you to everyone who dressed up and donated for Halloween. You all looked
wonderful and we raised €94.00.
Book Fair
Thank you once again for supporting our Book Fair. Books to the value of €583.70 were
bought at the fair. The school spent 60% of that on books and novels for our school and
reading groups.
