Commission Statements FAQ
Q: Can the Commission Statement be emailed?
A: Yes. A user will need to first select record(s) and save them to a file first.
In MoversSuite:
1. Open the Accounting Tools > Commission Statement Management screen,
2. Select and View a statement run and the View Reports screen will appear,
3. Select a record(s) from the left-hand selection pane and it will display within the right-hand
viewing pane,
4. Press the Save button and the Save Reports dialog will appear,
5. Select a Save in folder and enter a File name,
6. Press Save to keep the file,
7. Locate and open the file using Microsoft Explorer (Right-mouse click Start and choose Explorer)
or reference it through Microsoft Outlook as an email attachment.
Tip: To locate and email the file quickly, simply choose the Save again from within the View Reports
screen. When the Save Reports window appears, right-mouse click on the file and elect to Send To >
Mail Recipient. A new Microsoft Outlook message window will appear with the contents of the email
attached. Note: The computer in use must be setup with Microsoft Outlook.
Q: Is there a direct way to access the Commission Statement Summary?
A: Not at this time. The Commission Statement Summary is available indirectly through the Commission
Statement Management interface (MoversSuite > Accounting Tools > Commission Statement
Management). When any statement is viewed through the View Reports window, the option appears
at the top of each statement as a green hyperlink.

Note: The Commission Statement Summary is the same for all records in the statement batch.
FAQs
Q: Can the Commission Statement Summary be saved to a file?
A: Yes. There is an option when the report is being viewed through the Report Viewer screen to save
the file to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file. Within the Commission Statement Summary report (see
the Commission Statement Report topic) opened in the right-hand view pane of the View Reports
window, right-mouse click anywhere in the report data, select Export to Microsoft Excel.
Note: The Commssion Statement Summary is an over run summary and is a separate report from the
commission statement being viewed. It does not have to be ran for each statement.
Q: How can the commission statement be emailed to various parties?
A: You will have to save out a PDF file for each person and then attach it to an email, or open the PDF
and use the email functionality in Adobe. Right now when you click on the save button the commission
statements for whoever are checked will be combined into a single PDF file. So if you want each to be a
separate file you need to check them one by one when saving.
Q: What if I just want to save, email, print a single page of the commssion statement?
The Report Viewer has two separate save, print, and email options that will allow a user to perform
these tasks for all selected records or for the single statement being currently viewed.
