Buying fresh organic fruits and vegetables wasn’t in my budget. I created Green Block Project to fill that need. It is my view that your role as a board member is to provide the following services: • Strategy and vision • Identify and manage risks • Provide performance management • Act as a cohesive team. The pop up garden is an innovative model that will be well positioned to deliver sustainable urban agriculture, provide food security, and will teach the benefits of eating fresh and organic fruits and vegetables. Within this package you will find material about the role and responsibilities of being a board member and officer of the board as well as an outline of the organization. I encourage you to be part of my team, together we can transform communities with sustainable agriculture for everyone.
