Dear Parent / Caregiver
EARLY FINISH, August 2nd at 1.20pm
School will finish early on the above date to allow time for teachers to
set-up for the Open Night at 7pm. All periods will run on a rescheduled
timetable for this day - minus the usual assembly and lunchtime slots.
From 1.20pm Parents are asked to make alternative arrangements for
their children. If you are unable to do this, some supervision will be made
available at school. Should you require this option, for safety reasons, we
ask that you phone the office no later than 4pm Wednesday the 1st of
August and register your son or daughter for the supervision.
The City bus to the Square has been rescheduled for pick up at 1.30pm.
This is to ensure that it meets the city connections at 1.40pm. The
Library will be supervised as per normal so that Country Bus students
can wait for their regular services.
