Carbondale Gas Plant Located north of the City of St. Albert, the Carbondale Plant was constructed in 1990 to provide gas gathering, compression, and sweetening for area producers. This facility utilizes an amine plant with Lo_Cat sulphur recovery, and is capable of processing up to 1,580 103m3/day (56 mmcfd) of raw gas.
