4. Your stencil is done! Now go
find your t-shirt!
1.Gather Your Supplies!
You’ll Need:
-T-Shirt
(or a backpack, sweater,
pants, etc)
-Stencil
-Spray Paint
-Spray Adhesive
-Tarp
-Scratch Paper
2. LIGHTLY Spray the adhesive
on the back of the stencil (the
side that will be touching the
T-shirt)
3. Put a paper liner in the inside of the t-shirt
(otherwise the paint makes the back
and front of the shirt stick together)
4. Arrange the stencil on your
T-shirt, then press it down. Because of the adhesive, it should
stick LIGHTLY to your shirt.
5. To protect the rest of the
shirt from paint, cover it with
paper.
6. Holding the spray paint about
12 inches away, spray over the
stencil with a quick, light, first
coat. Give it a minute or two to
dry.
7. Now do a second, heavier coat
(Paint will stick better to the dry
first coat than to the fabric). Give
it a few minutes to dry.
8. Take off the paper, then
carefully remove stencil they will become delicate
after spraying and break.
Try to avoid letting any wet
drips left on the stencil fall
on your T-shirt.

(For best results, a dark color spray
paint on a light shirt works best. So,
exactly the opposite of what I’ve
done for these instructions)
