University, or its representatives and/or assignees for any and all
damaages which may be sustained and suffered out of my

How do I sign up?
Fill out the application form completely. Read and sign
the resease form and have a parent or guardian sign it
as well. Detach the application form and send it along
with payment. Camp is open to any and all entrants
limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or
gender.

Camp Details
Designed to give high school teams the opportunity
to compete against quality competition in one of the
Midwest’s finest facilities. Teams can choose between a
1 or 2 day team camp. Teams are guaranteed 3 games
each day. Each participant competing in camp must
fill out an application form. Teams wishing to stay in
the residence halls are repsonsible for reserving their
rooms. The cost is $18 per person per night. Call (605)
688-5148 to reserve a room. Each team that stays in the
dorms must provide a coach to stay in the hall during
camp. Air-conditioned rooms are available for $35 per
person per night.
Accomodations
If a camper will require any accomodations due to
special needs, we as that you notify us via email or in
writing of those needs two (2) weeks prior to the camp
start date so we can make the accommodations.
Confirmation Letter
A confirmation letter will be sent to you when your
application and deposit are received. This letter will
include detailed information concerning check-in times,
items to bring, directions, and a physical form.

very excited about the opportunity to host this camp
