Lunchtime Supervisors Ms Learoyd, Mrs Honeyborne, Mrs Sutton This involves learning about different types of games, being part of a team and a fun mini Olympics. Week 1: What birthday games can you play? Week 2 & 3: What games are played at the Olympics? Week 4: What traditional games can we play? Week 5: What ball games can we play? Week 6:What computer games can we play? Every Wednesday the children are given the opportunity to bake with an adult. We vary what will be cooked and the children involved, to ensure all children are given a turn over the half term. Every child takes something home that’s been cooked each week. A small donation of 50p each week helps to pay for the ingredients needed. Dates for your diary Stay and play every Thursday July 20th break up for Summer holidays Stay and Play… On a Thursday morning for the first hour parents and carers are warmly welcomed in to play with their child, see the Nursery in an informal manner and enjoy some tea or coffee. Your child does not have to attend the Nursery on a Thursday for you to be able to come. We look forward to seeing you! Please make sure your child comes with a coat. As it is getting a little warmer –sun cream already applied and a sun hat are a great idea on hot days! Spare clothes in case of accidents/water play in a named bag, on your child’s peg, is also very helpful! SUMMER TERM 2012
