Programme Structure
10week programme based on half day sessions starting
September 16
Practical, fun, interactive and non threatening
Small groups max of 6 learners per group
Option to roll learners over following term and to increase
amount of sessions.
Start the morning with tea and toast and a chat

Individualised Learning
Pre programme assessment and transition (Half day with
parents in college)
Individual development plan (Personal, non academic aims)
Option to join another programme, increase number of
sessions and build up group size through the year

Successful Outcomes
Assessment of confidence at start of programme and measured
again at end –(Measure of success of programme)
Learners want to come back for more
Interested or re engaged in Mainstream education
Progression to or interested in a place at Reaseheath
