Our questions for you
Your input to this conversation is important. We know that engaging a wide range of
individuals and groups will enable us to develop stronger plans to achieve better health and
well-being; empower individuals and communities to really influence health and healthcare;
and make the most effective use of services, money, staff and buildings.
We wish to start our conversation through a series of questions to obtain a range of
information. We will produce regular updates on the themes and learning from this
conversation and other data and information gathered relating to community services to
ensure the debate remains current. In the autumn we will prepare a report which will inform
the next steps.
