Section 5: Monitoring and Evaluation
It is important that we monitor and evaluate the outcomes of the Small Grants programme in achieving the
overall aim of Active East to ensure a lasting legacy is built for young people in the East of Glasgow.
Therefore as a condition of funding we require participants to adhere to our monitoring and evaluation
process.
The evaluation for your programme will focus on the 3 main outcomes that your programme should aim
to achieve and evidence:

We also ask that for the duration of the programme funded by Active East, Active East is acknowledged and
logo’s used on any promotion materials. If active on Social Media we also encourage tweets about grant
funded activity including our twitter handle @ActiveEastUK.
