Dear Parents,
Thank you for your patience in our efforts to pilot the Parent Pay system. A few questions
have arisen and we’d like to answer them for you.

Can I choose packed lunch or school dinner?
Yes, this is an option but you must choose one or the other. You will be charged for school
lunches at the £2 rate. All P1-3’s are free.

Can I cancel a dinner if my child is absent?
Yes please untick the box and you will be credited.

Am I paying for lunches before my child has them?
No you are only charged after you child has had their lunch.

My child is in P1-3 do I still have to book?
Yes this helps us plan ahead for the correct number of children eating lunches.

How do I Login for the first time?
Please put your Activation Code 1 into the Username/Password Box then put
Activation Code 2 into the Password Box, you will then be asked to set your Username as
your email and create a Password

Do I need to book every week?
No you can book for several weeks or for the whole term. This is an option in the My
Bookings Screen

How will I keep a record of my payments?
An email will be sent confirming your bookings

Will my balance transfer to the on-line system
Yes this will be done on Thursday 25th February by the School Office
We are offering a Demo at the school on Monday 15th at 3pm. Please come along if you are
still unsure and we will do our best to assist you.
