25R-diol™ is an amazing new synthesis related to a
compound studied by Russian scientists in the mid 1970s.
While those studies showed an amazing anabolic to
androgen ratio, they studied the 6-keto analog. We have
further refined the compound referenced in the Russian
studies with a custom synthesis to create a 6-hydroxy
analog which vastly improves on the original 6-Keto
formula because of it’s resistance to metabolic
inactivation. The 6-keto is a primary oxidative metabolite
of 25R-diol™ so 25R-diol™ is a pro-form of 6-keto
with better benefits and a longer active biological half-life.
So how does it work? 25R-diol™ has direct anabolic
effects on androgen receptors however is causes no
endogenous shutdown of testosterone biosynthesis. This is
because 25R-diol™ has minimal intrinsic androgenic
activity at those receptors. It is important to remember that
androgenecy and anabolism are related. Since the
compound has high receptor affinity, it will bind securely
to Androgen Receptors. But because of it’s low intrinsic activity it's not very stimulating
(like deca for example) thus you get a good anabolic but a weak androgen. This is the
key to 25R-diol™. Regardless, although it is a weak androgen, studies have shown that
25R-diol™ is an excellent libido enhancer. This very positive side effect is a result of
enzyme activity which causes smooth muscle relaxation from enhanced nitric oxide
formation. Studies have also shown that 25R-diol™ boosts LH activity slightly and acts
as a mild reductase inhibitor to counter androgenic effects. This is based on the antiandrogenic effect of a reductase inhibitor on the hypothalamus which in turn signals the
pituitary to start cranking out more LH. This explains why this compound is so clean
with none of the typical androgenic side effects.

How does it work? Most circulating testosterone is bound to a plasma protein called Sex
Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) and is thus inactive. SHBG normally binds over
90% of your total testosterone so that it cannot exert its effects on androgen receptors
(ARs). DVTHF is a lignan found in stinging nettle, which binds to SHBG allowing your
testosterone to be freed so that it binds to Androgen Receptors for muscle growth. This
lignan shows very high binding affinity for SHBG being practically equal to that of DHT,
the standard! Although free test is significantly elevated at the recommended dose, so is
total test and amazingly estradiol is lowered! The lack of estradiol production from the
higher free test levels in Mass FX™ is related to the sterol content of the 25R-diol™.
6,7,-dyhydroxybergamottin
Also known as DHB we use this compound acts as a CYP enzyme inhibitor to prolong
the activity of the 25R-diol™ once in the blood stream. The active ingredient in DHB is
derived from the furanocoumarin family. Many studies on this natural extract show large
increases in plasma (blood) drug concentrations when ingested with or around the same
timeframe as the target compound. DHB greatly improves the activity of 25R-diol™.
Bioperine®
Licensed from Sabinsa, Bioperine® plays a critical role in absorption of 25R-diol™ from
the gut and increases it’s active nutrient transportation. It is a standardized extract from
the fruit of Piper nigrum L (black pepper)) and contains a 95% extract of piperine.
