Unpaid Tolls and Enforcement Process
The most expensive way to pay for your tolls.
Existing:
• Registered owner issued with Notice of Demand (NOD) for each unpaid
toll with $18 Admin Fee
• Unpaid NOD issued with PIN ($140 fine)
New:
• Unpaid tolls grouped together over 7 day period
• Reminder letter issued to registered owner with $7 Admin Fee
• Unpaid reminder letter issued with NOD for each unpaid toll with
$20 Admin Fee
• Unpaid NOD issued a PIN ($140 fine)
Fees and charges to support free-flow tolling

40 cent video matching fee per toll point
•
$3 mailed statement fee
•
$1 manual top-up fee for accounts
•
$1 retailer service fee
•
$7 Non-payment letter
•
$20 Notice of Demand
