Audit management with the Audit Wizard
Audit Wizard overview The Audit Wizard is designed to simplify the task of creating
internal audits and to Manage, Quantify and Track audit results.
I
The Audit Wizard module is very versatile and can manage virtually any type of
audit. Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, Product, Security, Stress…
almost anything.

Any number of audits can be created - each with up to 80 questions. Answers
are scaled on a user designed scale - making it simple to quantify audits and to
trend audit results.

Your MANAGEMENT staff have PASSWORD PROTECTED access to the Audit
Wizard via the Back Office - where audits are created and managed.

The Audit Wizard links to CORRECTIVE ACTION modules - Quality and ESH making it simple to track and report on issues raised during the audit that
require action to be taken.
V
The Audit Wizard is not aimed at the experienced auditor doing system audits.
It is designed for all those lower level audits conducted by a number of auditors
yet requiring REPEATABLE and COMPARABLE results.

To edit existing audit questions,
simply select the Audit Type from
the drop down list.

To create a new audit click
the + button and add the audit
to the list.

added at any time- but only by
staff authorised to do so.

Enter Audit Results
On completion of the audit
the results are entered in the
Audit Wizard
Open the Audit Wizard and select
the Audit Type
Click ‘Create new Audit’. The
Audit Wizard will create a new
audit and give it a unique audit
number.
Enter Audit details, ie type, location,
plant, auditor, date, process,
product, supplier etc
Audit result. This is simply a case
of ‘tab’ing down the fields and
either enter the score directly or
selecting from the scale
The Audit Wizard will calculate
the Pass Rate based on your
audit scale

Enter any Comments or notes in the notefield. There is enough capacity for up to
64000 characters.

both Corrective Action (CQM)
and Environmental Safety
and Health (ESH)

Simply select the appropriate
module. For this example we use
the ESH module.
Once in the ESH module Paper
Tiger will automatically enter known
data from the audit screen.
The user just adds the type of
action and what the issue is. Then
assign and deadline the corrective
action - it is ready to issue (print or
email)

At the end of each audit there
remains the chore of creating the
audit report. With Paper Tiger this
task is very simple and quick.
There are two reports - one that
displays the audit results and a
second one that summarise any
action requests raised.
First: Open the report screen and
type in the audit number - or select
from the drop down list and click
the printer icon.
