ABOUT US
MM Metacraft is a young company manufacturing wide range of aluminium extrusion
profiles in India. The company has a state of the art manufacturing plant equipped with
Microprocessor based PLC controlled extrusion press of 1100 ton & 600 ton with in-house
hot-top melting furnace. The plant has installed production capacity of 4500 MT per annum
located at Sahibabad near New Delhi. The plant is also equipped with in-house testing
laboratory having most modern testing equipments to meet any demand.
The promoters of the company are having more than 30 years of experience in metal industry
that enables us to comprehensively understand the changing demands of the market and
provide customised solutions. The production is backed by highly qualified engineers,
trained production staff & marketing professionals to provide an excellent product.
We have different sections to offer for various segments. Our production range cater to
various sectors like Architectural, Industrial, Transport, Electrical, Electronics, Air
Conditioning, Defence, Aerospace, etc.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
LOG CASTING
Ÿ
MMM uses raw material of high quality to manufacture
logs of different compositions
Ÿ
The alloy is instantaneously analyzed using latest
spectrometer to ensures desired mechanical
properties and composition
Ÿ
In-house foundry with Hot Top casting technology
having most modern melting and

holding furnaces equipped with automatic
temperature controllers to manufacture high quality
logs
Ÿ
The logs are cut into billets of specific sizes
HOMOGENISING AND EXTRUSION
Ÿ
The billets are homogenised to obtain highly
refined uniform grains & properties
Ÿ
The billets are preheated before extrusion process
Ÿ
The extrusions are pulled by PLC controlled puller &
stretched to obtain straightness & structural stability
Ÿ
The extruded sections obtained are of superior quality
and improved finish required for anodizing and powder
coating
AGEING
Extrusions are aged for a particular time & precisely
controlled temperature in air circulated ovens to obtain
uniform properties & specific hardness of the sections
PACKING
Ÿ
The extrusions are weighed, strapped and packed in
HDPE woven sacks
