customer service training to the SME sector. Training and consultancy is

through a flexible audio series training package, or
one-on-one coaching sessions.

The delivery of my training and coaching is largely based on the
availability of my clients. I am flexible and will do my best to work my
consultancy delivery in with your schedule.
