NORTHAMPTONSHIRE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION THE FA GIRLS’ ENGLAND TALENT PATHWAY ADVANCED COACHING CENTRES Person Specification Chartered Physiotherapist Title Northamptonshire FA Girls’ Advanced Coaching Centre Physiotherapist Location Corby/Kettering area (with some travel to home matches and the Northamptonshire FA Offices) Responsible to Advanced Coaching Centre Manager Purpose of post To deliver physiotherapy services to all players involved in the Advanced Coaching Centre. To promote and protect the health and wellbeing of all girls within the Centre. Start date June 2017 Rate of Pay £15 per hour, 1.5 hours per week for 15 weeks + Match day fees Responsible for: Providing assessment, treatment and functional rehabilitation of injured players Clinical decision making process (fitness of player to train/play) Player education (Injury prevention) The welfare of all players within the Centre Continuing Professional Development Communication regarding injury status and rehabilitation of players to coaching staff and parents Medical records - All notes and records must be kept securely.
