INCENTIVE STRUCTURE
As earlier, the slabs for getting incentive over and above the CTC would remain as per the following:

We are sure that you’ll find the above amounts exciting and strive yourselves to get better
incentives than earlier.
Terms & Conditions:
1. In case of Prepaid, credit based on voucher amount as mentioned in the table above will be
considered and in case if the margin credit is higher than the voucher credit then higher of both
would be considered.
2. Credits would be considered if the client registers in the particular segment and gives margin
also in that segment.
3. If a client registers for multiple segment and gives separate margin cheques also, credits would
be added (e.g. If an account is opened with 50,000 margin in FO and 25,000 in Commodity, the
total credit at RE level would be 3200 + 1800 = 5000).
4. Minimum 12 new accounts per quarter required for qualification for incentives.
5. Stock Transfer cases will be capped at maximum 1 Lac for Sales Credits in all segments.
6. All other terms and conditions would be as per the existing plan.
Now let’s look at our monthly incentive plan which is standalone, which means this amount will
be paid irrespective of Cost of Justification/Productivity.
Monthly Incentive:
We have five separate monthly incentive scheme based on achieving various criteria’s mentioned
listed below.
1) Revenue sharing scheme: We believe in sharing our success with you which includes revenues
generated by the clients sourced by you. The eligibility criteria for the scheme is to source minimum
40 accounts to begin with, Subsequently you need to source minimum 4 accounts with total margin
of Rs.2 Lacs in a month to be able to qualify for a particular month. Depending of the client type you
will get 4% of Online and 2% of Offline revenue generated by the client in his first year and 2% of
Online and 1% of Offline revenue generated by the client in his subsequent years.
2) Activation: We'll pay Rs. 200 per client for Online activation of the client as a monthly incentive.
The period of activation also would be simpler as clients sourced in a particular month will have to
be activated by 15th of the next month (minimum total brokerage generated Rs. 200 till 15th of next

month) which will be paid in the same month's salary. E.g. For clients sourced in July, we'll take into
account activations till 15th August and pay the amount in August salary itself.
3) Going forward Sales person would only get CJ in his account and no incentive for ANGEL GOLD,
in case ANGEL GOLD account is opened within one month of trading account (PARENT ACOUNT)
activation.
IN CASE OF CLIENT IS EXISTING CLIENT FOR ANGEL BROKING IN EQUITY (ONE MONTH OLD)
For every Angel Gold DP sourced the incentive will be paid as per the following slab:

4) Life Insurance: For every LI converted, the lead generator will get incentive of 20% of the revenue
(for Angel), from the premium collected post the free look period.
5) PMS: For every PMS lead converted the lead generator will get an incentive of 15% of the
revenue.
