Unitary Development Plan - Schedule of major development sites

363
Schedule of Major
Development Sites
The Schedule identifies the land uses which the Council would normally
find acceptable on each site. The Schedule will be reviewed from time
to time during the life of the Plan. The sites included in the Schedule
have been selected in response to the level of development interest
expressed in these sites as indicated by the submission of planning
applications, pre-application meetings and enquiries.
Major Sites
The uses included in the Schedule reflect the Overall Aim of the Plan
and prioritise residential development as the predominant use on most
sites. Each site has been assessed for its suitability in accommodating
the listed use. E4, H15 and H23 are site specific policies and are included
in the Schedule where appropriate.
