Empowering Teams – One Day Event
Individuals, no matter how proficient, cannot possibly do everything all the time. Thus,
teams are formed and managed to bring about organisational effectiveness. With the
diverse workplace today, teams are formed by different people with different
background, experiences, and capabilities. Thus, the objective of the training is to
bring about individual awareness and team synergy through PEAKS profiling.
Through the personality profiling, individuals will know their PEAKS:





P, purpose – how you respond to tasks
E, energy – how you respond to relationships
A, affirmation – how you respond to authority
K, knowledge – how you respond to change
S, sustainability – how you respond to stress
The PEAKS team profile will also reveal how the key team roles of motivator,
investigator, negotiator, innovator, planner, administrator, communicator, coordinator and supporter are satisfied.

Methodology: Participants will first receive their PEAKS personality profiling user ID
and password to complete their 270-question personality profiling online. Profiling
must be completed at least a week prior to the training session.
Number of participants: 3 to 10
Investment budget: PEAKS Profiling – S$250 per participant; Training – S$3000
(exclude out of pocket expenses)
In case of absence: In case of absence by the participant, there will be no refund or
reduction. Rearrangement of coaching time and participants is possible with due
notice to Morphos International.
