Eligibility
To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident (green
card). Ragnar employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family
includes only spouses, parents and children. Users must upload photos to Instagram that relate to each

something spectacular.

Inappropriate Content
Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. We retain sole
discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
Rights
By entering the contest, entrants agree to have their submitted name displayed on our website, social
media and marketing channels, and used by us for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other
form of compensation. We reserve the right to disqualify users, without notice, and for any reason.
Promotional Period
Sponsor will run contest during to coincide with event experience. Winner will be picked the week after
the race is over.
Drawing/Odds
Following the Promotion Period, one (1) winner will be selected to win the Find Your Inner Wild
Instagram Contest. Staff will pick one (1) winner based on creativity, number of categories submitted,
number of photos submitted, number of likes and staff favorites. To increase odds of winning, upload
multiple photos of each category to Instagram. For Ragnar Relays to see a participant’s entry, the
Instagram profile must be a public account. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
received for that drawing. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner, the Sponsor’s decision
will be final.
Prizes
The winner of the Find Your Inner Wild Instagram contest will win a $150 Ragnar Gear gift card.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with any alternate prize of equal or greater value. No
cash redemptions. Taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner.
Winners will be notified the week after the race is over via Instagram. Winners will be required to
respond (as directed) to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of an attempted notification. The
failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor, in its sole
discretion, may attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a prize with the above procedure
after which the prize in question may go un-awarded if it remains unclaimed.
If the prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if Winner is found to be ineligible or not to be
in compliance with these Official Rules, Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be
selected.
All expenses not specifically described online or herein are the Winner's sole responsibilities.

LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST. WITHOUT LIMITING THE
FOREGOING, THE CONTEST AND ALL ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS
IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE
LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR
EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE
LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
Disputes
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Contest, you (and your parents/legal
guardians if you are a minor) agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved amicably, claims
and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, or the
determination of Winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action
exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration
Association, then effective. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation
and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in
connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the
State of Utah, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and all proceedings shall
take place exclusively in the State of Utah.
