SHIPPING GUIDE
The Show Management has appointed “Achieve Freight (HK) Limited” as the Official Freight
Forwarder/Customs Broker of this Event.
We are pleased to be of service to your company for on-forwarding general exhibits from Overseas/HK to the
fair site in Macao safety for the captioned exhibition.
For ensure exhibits could be delivered to your booth before the exhibition opening. All the goods must be

We must emphasize the importance of below shipping instruction. Failure in compliance will cause
unnecessary delay in clearance in Hong Kong and additional expenses.
1)
Shipments must be arranged to arrive Hong Kong or Macao as per our TIME SCHEDULE.
We will not be responsible for any delay or complications if exhibits arrival Hong Kong beyond our
deadlines.
2)
“Exhibition goods for the (name of exhibition)” must be declared in the bill of lading / air-waybill.
3)
Pre-advise fax or email of shipment details to us before the shipment. For sea shipment, we
must receive the original bill of lading on / before deadline (as per below time schedule).
4)
List of Exhibits, literature for import / export license application, Transport Order to Achieve should
be sent to us as per our TIME SCHEDULE.
5)
Achieve Freight (HK) Ltd.is our Official Freight Forwarder / Customs Broker for the Show. Exhibitors
are advised to use their service to save all unnecessary complications which may endanger an ontime delivery of your products to your Booths.

- Shipments should not be consigned to the Show Organiser or Show Management, neither is to

- Shipments should not be simply consigned to your Booth at the Show
- If you use your own chosen shipping agent , it is advised they should contact Achieve Freight
(HK) Ltd in advance so that they are in full cooperation to ensure your products are customs
cleared , delivered at the right time to the right place in accordance with the Show schedule.
- The Show Organiser or Show Management should not be kept responsible for any delay of
delivery of your products .
- Achieve Freight (HK) Ltd. is pleased to answer any queries related to shipment logistics.

It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to cover for Marine (Transport) Insurance during the
exhibition and return of the exhibits to domicile, inclusive of the period the exhibits are
handled by us.

Above rates exclude HK or Macao carrier handling charge, port or airport
terminal fees, HK Import or Export Declaration Fee which are to be billed as
per outlays
For single exhibitor chartering 20’ or 40’, resp. min is 13 or 26 cbm.
Additional return charge of empty container to depot for 20’ ,40’ is US$200
and US$300 respectively.
