How NHS 24 is using this information to inform its policy on equal pay
The difference between men and women's pay has increased slightly during
2014 and 2015 and has shown a general consistency between 2011 and 2015.
The difference between men and women's pay for the periods 2014 and 2015 will
inform a review of NHS 24's Equal Pay Statement with the support of trade
unions and professional organisations as appropriate.
