The DPWH, Bohol 2nd District Engineering Office, Ubay, Bohol, through the Regular Infra CY 2017, intends to apply
the sum stated above being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for the abovementioned contract projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The DPWH, Bohol 2 District Engineering Office, Ubay, Bohol, now invites bids for the above-mentioned works
description. Completion of the Works is required for the above-stated contract duration. Bidders should have
completed within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particulary, in Section II, Instruction to
Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as
specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the
"Government Procurement Reform Act".
Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five
(75%) interest or oustanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the DPWH, Bohol 2 District Engineering Office, Ubay,
Bohol and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address given below and
upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount stated above.
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement
System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the fee for Bidding
Documents not later than the submission of their bids.

The DPWH Bohol 2 District Engineering Office, Ubay, Bohol will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on March 14, 2017 at
2:00 P.M. at the Conference Room, DPWH Bohol 2nd District Engineering Office, Ubay, Bohol which shall be open
only to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents.

Contract Profile Eligibility Processing will be on March 27, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. Bids must be delivered to the
address below on or before March 27, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at the DPWH Bohol 2nd District Engineering Office,
Ubay, Bohol. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount
stated in the ITB Clause 18.
Bids will be opened on March 27, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in the presence of the bidder's representative who choose to
attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

To bid for this contract, a contractor must submit a Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least equal to ABC
and the Original Receipt (OR) for payment of bidding documents before dropping of bids. Bidders shall likewise
submit their bids through their duly Authorized Liaison Officers as specified in the Contractor's Information (CI).
Submission of Letter of Intent (LOI) is no longer required pursuant to Item C.3 of D.O. 64 S. 2012, dated
September 17, 2012.

The DPWH, Bohol 2nd District Engineering Office, Ubay, Bohol reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul
the bidding process, and the reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability
to the affected bidder or bidders.
