8B - The Sample Space
Definition
 The Sample Space of an experiment is the set of all the possible outcomes
 Equally Likely Outcomes are outcomes that have exactly the same (equal)
chance of happening.

8C - Sample Space for Multi-Stage Events
Definition
 An Event is an Outcome or a collection of outcomes.
 A Multistage Event is made up of simpler events. To analyse, use a list, table or
tree diagram.

8F - Theoretical Probability
Definition
If all possible outcomes are likely, then the Theoretical Probability of an event (E) is:
Number of favourable outcomes

(Note: this can be expressed as a fraction, decimal or percentage)

8G - Highlighting the difference between Experimental and Theoretical Probability
