Step 3. Event Premium / Entry Forms
At some point, you will have generated your Trial Premium and Information packages. Please email a copy of the event
premium, entry blank or information flyer to the FTC Chairman (email above) and to [email protected]. Please
note ***If your event is being handled through Entry Express, you must use the Print to PDF feature to save the premium
to be emailed. We will not perform this task for you.*** This must be received 4 weeks prior to the event!

Step 4. Submission of Event Results:
Following the completion of the trial, email the results of each event from above to the FTC Chairperson who will forward
to Sue Rose (Historian), Robin Putnam (High Point Recorder), Bethann Wiley (National Qualifier Database) and
[email protected]. We need:
