This is a section heading on headings
Section headings are used depending on the nature of the article. All science
articles should have section headings for their introductions, research methods, results,
discussion, and references. Humanities articles may choose to use section headings for
their introductions, summaries, conclusions, and to distinguish between topic changes.
Such divisions are advised for humanities articles.

This is a section heading on graphics
Graphics are to be submitted altogether at the end of the article. Authors should
denote where graphics are best placed by giving the number of the graphic in brackets
at the end of the sentence [1]. Vanguard staff members will place graphics as formatting
allows. Graphics should be compatible with MS Word.
