Who are we?
Co-founders Michael Kirk and Scott Frishman teamed up after meeting at Auburn
University in the mid-90s. Their vision: to build a fun company that focuses on their
commitment to the environment and offers support to the growing number of farmers
and producers who practice sustainable agriculture. After having worked for a small
organic produce company in Colorado, they came to Atlanta and founded Nature’s
Garden Delivered.
“We are a web based farmer’s market operating year-round here in Georgia. Our
service is a new outlet for the distribution of local food in a technologically
advanced era. Local organic farmers and vendors enjoy the ability to sell their
products without the limitations associated with the conventional farmers market.
So much of our health is ultimately decided by what we eat. We think convenience
plays a major part in everyone’s purchasing decisions. Our goal is to enable people
to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. By making quality organic produce available through
our delivery service, we feel that we are offering a great convenience. By
increasing the health of the environment we are ensuring the health of the
community and ultimately the health of all living things.”
About our company:
- We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If there is ever something you aren’t
completely satisfied with, just let us know and we’ll make it right.
- We are a zero waste company and do what we can to minimize our carbon footprint.
We reuse or recycle our boxes and freezer packs and will also recycle your bag and
any other consumables from your order. Just leave your box on your porch and our
drivers will pick it up on your next delivery.
- We buy from Local Farms whenever possible. We also use local distributors to source
items not available locally.
- Almost all our produce is Certified Organic, but we have decided not to exclude
certain small farms that utilize sustainable growing practices but have not achieved
organic certification. All of these farms are Pesticide Free and GMO free and you can
always tell if an item is “Organic”, “Natural”, and “Local” from the “O”, “N”, and “L”
designation on our website.

sign up on-line and set-up a Subscription:
Type- Fruit, Veggie, Mixed, or ‘Local Only’
Size- Tiny ($28), Small ($38), Medium ($45), or Large ($55)
Frequency- Weekly or Every Other Week
You can change your subscription at any time before orders are generated
You can have unlimited different subscriptions
• The new weeks Menu’s are posted and Orders are generated on Saturdays and
change each week based on what’s in season. (We strive to keep the menus new and
exciting, but you can always count on availability of certain staples such as some
type of Apple, Citrus, Potato, Greens, Onion, etc.)
• Deliveries are made Tuesday – Friday and your actual delivery day will depend on
your address.

• Each Order is Customizable:
• Preferences- A list of all types of produce you may see throughout the year. If
there is an item you don’t like, simply check “Always Remove” and when your order is
generated, these items will be automatically substituted for something you do like.
• Substitutions- In addition to your order already being customized to your
preferences, you can also exchange items from your order each week until the day
before your delivery.
• Additional Items- You can add items to your order. In addition to produce, we
also offer other select local goods such as Honey, Jam, Granola, Pasta Sauce, Nuts,
etc.
• No Commitment necessary:
• Hold- Place your account on “Hold” at any time before orders are generated to
temporarily stop deliveries
• Vacation Hold- Schedule a Vacation ahead of time to skip deliveries
• Delete Your Order- Delete your order for the week any time up until the day
before your delivery.
• Cancel- Cancel your service at any time without penalty.
Co-ops:
All that is needed to form a co-op is a “host”, a drop off location, and a minimum of
4 orders.
The benefits are simple:
• We pass our fuel and time savings on to you. The members of the Co-op receive a
discount on their box.
•Each member of the co-op will have their own account and subscription with
personalized size, type, frequency, preferences, and hold options.
•These arrangements work well in close neighborhoods, with close family and
friends, and also at the school, office, or church.
