the GMO status of the ingredients/components has to be proven by confirmation/certification forward by the subsuppliers. These have to be presented to frischli on
request.
2 in case of coincidentally & technically not avoidable GMO traces within the product, limiting values for labelling (i.e. 0,9%) have to be proven by Certificate of Analysis.
These certificates have to be submitted to us once a year without special request.
All information, statements and explanations submitted to us within this form with respect to the product delivered by you, have to be complete and true to guarantee
precise conformity with the legal regulations. This document will be part of binding product-specification and is – amongst others – basis of our business relationship.
You herewith guarantee that all of your information is complete and true. All changes – e.g. due to variation of product ingredients – have to be submitted to us in writing
and agreed by us prior to execution.
