This promotion is run by Speedy Signs (NZ) Limited and is open to the Speedy Signs client’s only.
Each client who spends $500 (excluding GST) or more on signage between 1 June and 31 July 2017 is eligible.
One $3000 car wrap voucher is on offer (voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of the prize draw).
Prizes will be drawn on or before 20 September 2017 at 4pm.
The winner will be the first valid entry drawn from a random computer selection/lottery draw.
By participating, the winner grants Speedy Signs (NZ) Limited exclusive permission to use their name and
photographs in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty right
or remuneration for such use.
If participants are not the bill payer, participants must get permission from the bill payer before entering
and/or claiming any prize. Ownership of any prize won is that of the company bill payer.
Speedy Signs (NZ) Limited may, in its absolute discretion, extend, change or terminate this promotion at any
time.
In the event of any dispute regarding any of these Terms and Conditions, the competition, or the Prize, the
decision of Speedy Signs (NZ) Limited is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The laws of New Zealand apply to this promotion. If for any reason, a tax or levy applies to the provision of
any prize, it will be the sole responsibility of the person receiving the prize to make payment of that tax or
levy.
The prize includes only the items described and does not include any costs, fees, or other additional charges
not specifically included in the descriptions that may be associated with the prize.
Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Should this prize not
be available, Speedy Signs (NZ) Limited reserves the right to offer an alternative prize up to the same value.
Speedy Signs (NZ) Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or liability arising out of the
participation in this promotion or any prize offered.
Participation in the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the participant
and constitutes an acceptance that Speedy Signs (NZ) Limited can communicate with the participant
regarding the promotion through the means of electronic mail or phone.
Speedy Signs (NZ) Limited is not responsible for defective prizes or misuse of a claimed prize.
Speedy Signs (NZ) Limited reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to
have violated a Speedy Signs (NZ) Limited rule as outlined above, gained unfair advantage or participating in
the promotion or obtained a winner status using fraudulent means.
By entering any Speedy Signs (NZ) Limited competition the respective Speedy Signs Franchise may add your
name to our database for future correspondence.
Employees of the Speedy Signs (NZ) Limited are ineligible to enter the prize draw.
Client’s must be current with their account to be eligible.
