We are delighted to welcome Dr Annette Sneevliet to the Portland Centre. Her Masterclass will
enhance the accuracy of our plant remedy prescriptions by showing us how we can combine the
use of Michal Yakir’s system with Sankaran’s plant family sensations.
She is a highly experienced Dutch homeopathic doctor who has trained with all the leading
contemporary teachers. Her strength lies in assimilating many methods together to enhance the
depth of her understanding of Materia Medica. She is a very engaging teacher, sharing her insights
through her very clear video cases.
Annette says: “Michal Yakir’s system is a beautiful way to understand the evolution point of the
different plant families and their remedies. We understand minerals through the periodic table
and understand at which point in their evolution each element experiences their unique lack and
structure problem. Now we have a tool in the plant kingdom too. Only in plants it is not a lack or
structure problem, but where their specific sensitivity issue is situated.
Through Sankaran’s Sensation method we understand the various sensations of the different plant
families, the level where the plant itself “talks”. Why a certain plant family has her specific way of
“talking” makes sense with Yakir’s system, and it makes it easier to differentiate between plant
families who share a similar kind of sensation. So, by combining the insights of Yakir with the
Sensation method, we have even more clarity in prescribing a similimum plant remedy. I will
illustrate all of the above with clear video cases.”
