Promote your business in a powerful way! Sponsorship provides our members the
opportunity for recognition and publicity as outlined below. For some events,
sponsorship will also include tickets to the event, the opportunity to speak to
attendees, to display promotional materials or to distribute promotional items.

Annual Meeting (January)
The Chamber’s Annual Meeting is attended each year by over 200 Chamber members,
elected officials and guests. The meeting includes lunch, a review of the Chamber’s
work over the past year and an overview of the year ahead.
Diamond $5000
Ten event tickets, banner displayed at event*, verbal recognition at event,
logo on invitation and event program, logo on all PR material. Chamber
website advertisement for two months. **
Gold $2500
Eight event tickets, verbal recognition at event, logo on event program and all
PR material. Chamber website advertisement for one month.**
Silver $1000
Two event tickets, logo in event program and all PR material.
Bronze $500
One event ticket, logo in event program and all PR material.
Awards Ceremony (April)
This prestigious event highlights the Large, Small and Home Based businesses of the
year. The evening of cocktails, sit down dinner and awards is attended by Chamber
members and the who’s who of the community. It receives local media coverage as well
as highlighted on the Chamber Website, weekly email blasts and VISTA newsletter.

Good Luck Buck – Semi Annually
Once a month the Chamber of Commerce will review the City of Sierra Vista’s new
business license list. The Chamber and sponsor of the program will visit the new store
front businesses and present them with a framed “good luck buck” bearing the
Chamber’s and sponsor’s logo, to welcome them to the business community.
$500 (Semi-annually)

Health Fair (February)
An educational and interactive event, held at the Mall at Sierra Vista attracting high
volume of attendees, designed for outreach to provide basic preventative medicine and
medical screening information to people in the community.

event program and all PR material. Chamber website advertisement for
one month.**
Silver $1000

Home and Business Expo (September)
Now in its 16th year, this is the Chamber’s Premier event. This year it will be held at the
Mall at Sierra Vista, a high profile venue. Chamber members showcase their businesses
to thousands of residents from Cochise County and the surrounding area.

Leadership Sierra Vista (September through May)
This 9 month program is designed to ensure a continual pool of leadership talent for our
community. Twenty participants learn about social, cultural, political and economic
facets of our community from today’s leaders.
$1000 Logo on applications, brochure and all PR material.

Military Affairs Committee Luncheons (1st Wednesday monthly)
An excellent opportunity for your business to show its appreciation and support of Ft.
Huachuca and the personnel who serve our community and country. This monthly
luncheon awards the civilian, NCO and commissioned officers who stand out among
their peers and have achieved excellence.
$185 Premier Sponsors (maximum two per event)
Logo and bio in event program. Business promotions/ brochures on all
tables, five minute verbal presentation at event.
$175 Awardees Sponsor – Pays for Awardees’ lunches
Business listed in event program for twelve months.
Gift Sponsor
Provide tangible items to be distributed each month to awardees, e.g. gift
cards. (Please call the Chamber for more information.)
Mini Expo ( November)
This high energy event brings over forty five home based, sole proprietors and nonprofit businesses together just in time for the holidays and the busiest retail period of
the year. Coverage of this event is through the local media as well as Chamber
marketing avenues and is well attended by the residents of Cochise County and
surrounding areas.

Santa Fly-In (December)
This festive December event features the “man of the hour”. Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive
to hundreds of families anxiously waiting to give Santa their wish list. The Chamber
kicks of the holiday shop local season with Santa visiting several Chamber member
businesses. This event is covered by local media as well as on the Chamber website.

Chamber Website Advertising
This is a high traffic and trusted website that receives over 2,000 visits and 8,333 page
views on a monthly basis. Viewers are interested in Chamber members, events, and our
local community.
