The HELP system is very good. Anytime you see a blue
?, click on it for help about what you are doing!
If you do not have access to do the below tasks, then you may have the same username (email address) and password
as your spouse! You must change one of your emails or passwords under the “Edit My Account” button on the main
page.
Accessing Team Web Page
1. Login with Team Manager/Coach privileges.
2. Click on Team Pages and follow through season, league anhd division to your team.
3. You will see your team’s web site. Listed on the main page are key contacts, upcoming events and bulletins that
have been posted to your site.
4. On the left, you will see links to Schedule, Calendar, Roster, Results and Standings
I recommend that all communication with your team should be done from this page! If you do, there
will be a log of your emails so that nobody can say they deleted it/didn’t get it AND when you send
notifications this way, you can select to send them via TEXT and/or EMAIL.
Posting a Bulletin on the team site and/or Sending Email/Text (RECOMMENDED WAY)
1. From Main Site, click the “Add a Team Bulletin”
button.
a. Verify your name and Email address
(Author and Respond to)
b. You can specify when the bulletin will be
posted and when it will expire (optional)
c. Add a TITLE (this will be the email
subject, so don’t forget!) and Message.
Formatting tools are available for the
message, so you can use different size fonts, colors and highlights. You CAN include links to other pages
(another web site with tournament info, etc)
d. IMPORTANT: Verify the Season and Team is selected (or it will not post to your site!)
e. To send the bulletin as an email to your team, check the “Email Broadcast” button
f. Select both Parents and Team Members—only ONE copy of the message will be sent. If you have some
families who do not check email regularly, but get text messages, you can send to them. (you will want
to keep your message brief if you send via text).
g. NOTE: Ask your families to setup their email preferences AND to setup their cell carrier if they want to
receive text messages! They can do this under the “Edit My Account” button on the web site
2. Click SUBMIT
Sending an Email to the entire team (Alternate method, (no text messages)
1. From Main Site, select ROSTER. NOTE: As a coach/manager, you will see all contact info for your team. Only
First name, Last Initial and # are posted to the public.
2. At the TOP RIGHT, click the “OPTIONS” button and select Email Team.
a. Enter Subject and Message. Formatting tools are available for the message.
b. You can add email addresses, cc: addresses and modify your reply addrs if necessary.
3. Click SUBMIT
Adding/Editing Events on your Schedule(Games, Practices, etc)
NOTE: The bulk of your schedule should be imported. There is an excel spreadsheet TEMPLATE that makes it VERY easy
to enter a lot of games or practices in one step! Typically, the coordinators will perform this—let me know if you need
help!
EDIT EXISTING EVENTS:
1. From your team’s SCHEDULE page, you can modify any existing games by clicking on the “EDIT” button
2. You can now change date, time, location, teams, etc. Remember to select the proper season so you can find
your team(s). You can make a SHORT NOTE (appears on the schedule) .
3. Select if you want to send a notification to the team managers (includes coach/assistant coach); Team Members
and Parent AND “Officials”. I have defined several Board Members, Coordinators and Ken Moalli (UIC) under
“Officials” so you can easily copy them on changes. Let me know if you have any other people who should be
added to this list.
ADD EVENT:
1. Click “Add Event” button on the top of your Schedule Page.
2. Enter date, time, location, teams, etc. Remember to select the proper season so you can find your team(s). You

entire system!)
4. Select if you want to send a notification to the team managers (includes coach/assistant coach); Team Members
and Parent AND “Officials”. (see above for info on officials)
DELETE EVENT
1. Click on the RED “X” next to the event

Date/Time and CHANGE the status back to N/A or Confirmed.
