Family Support and Education Group
Loving someone who is struggling with mental illness brings lots of challenges,
stresses, and often effects the entire family. We have a support group for family
members and loved ones to learn useful knowledge and skills related to mental illness.
Some of the topics discussed are:

Diagnosis Education
How to respond to your loved one in a helpful way
How to identify triggering situations
Taking care of your own needs and mental health
Processing feelings about your loved one’s mental illness
Paving a successful road to recovery
Regaining Independence
Symptom management
We know the road to recovery can be a difficult path. Our experienced therapists
are here not only to smooth out those roads, but to strengthen and unify the
family through the process.
