Title: Free Electricity for All (Dynamo/Turbine that can be run from water flow force from normal water tank – even at low force) Subject / Goal: The goal of this idea is to generate electricity, one time investment & free there-after, at domestic / industry level or city level which is environment friendly and easy to implement Electricity / Dynamo Model: 10 Kw / 400 VAC, not limited to this amount, we can even generate to 100 megawatt but we need to increase size of all requirements listed in method to implement section in this document. Introduction / Current Problem : From last few decades electricity has become a basic need of everyone, every industry, city , villages etc. , due to very high electricity demand , we are facing shortage of electricity , high cost , production of environment hazardous fuel based expensive generators etc. are in place. To overcome this serous issue I have found a solution to produce electricity with force of water which is just stored in normal water tank at our home and run a latest hybrid turbine (Coreless axial flux permanent magnet generator) from it and send back this water to water tank from the electricity produced by this turbine (avoid wasting of this water). Why Water, why not air: depending on city / village / place wind speed varies time to time and we may not generate required constant force to rotate this dynamo at required RPM all the time but from my model we can achieve this job easily. Method to implement / solve it: Required material / Equipment’s: here are major list of required materials (not covering basic / minor units, since I have not made it so I am not aware about each unit and proper measures, I am waiting if someone can sponsor / investor / Governments assistance needed) a) Coreless axial flux permanent magnet generator b) 2 water tank of 5000 Liter capacity c) 2 water pump motor or This water pump d) Shaft rotating equipment : did not find online , need to design one e) Pipes (for water flow) Set up part: Step 1: Place Water Tank at a height of 30 feet approx., may place higher for higher force of water but not required for this model, connect this water tank to a dynamo which is at ground level using water inlet pipe which rotate small water turbine. Step 2 : we need to place and set up “Coreless Axial Flux dynamo” at ground level and connect its rotor part to rotating shaft that will be rotated from the flow of water : This is located in Dynamo section of this attached image (refer Method to implement Hydro Dyn) We need to decide about the required thickness of water carrier pipe to generate force to rotate this dynamo at speed of 100 RPM which require 1 N/M which is very minor , this is force that can be generated from finger also see video here Step 3: we need to reuse same water instead of wasting it and connect its outlet to another water reservoir tank and a water pump sends back this water to main water tank at height of 30 feet Step 4: due to whether condition or heat there will be loss of water , in order to maintain proper water level all the time I suggest to have another water pump that will pull additional water from earth and this motor will start only when water level in main tank reach to minimum marked level. Hence this system will always maintain proper water level and its force in main water tank. Step 5: Need to think on maintenance. Applicable For Target Audience : Industry , Home users , Power generator companies , Inverter companies etc. Advantage: This model can be implemented at large scale to generate megawatt energy also and can save huge cost This model at small scale is affordable can be used at normal home also Current Water turbine has several drawback due to shortage of available water canal and whether condition, and bringing electricity from that far place to city is a pain. No need of fuel based noise full generators anymore Huge cost saving for users as they will not need to pay to anyone they just have to buy this product once, it will only require maintenance. For government, they can use same model at very large scale to produce megawatt electricity and provide electricity to consumers, the good thing about it is it can be set up at any place. Approximate cost for this small unit (10 kw) : cost of coreless dynamo + 1 Lakh approx. Reference of materials / Product: it is not necessary to use same product used in “method to implement” section, I just used it as reference to present this idea , and may not be best , we still need to implement and test this idea.
