The following information will enhance your experience at
Forsgate Country Club. Thank you in advance for your

Golf Department Arrival Procedures:








Upon arrival to the Club please use the bag drop
Notify Bag Attendant or Starter if you are expecting any guests
Park your vehicle in the Golf Member Preferred Parking area (if available)
Please use our Locker Rooms to change your shoes- We prefer that you do not
change your shoes in the parking lot or bad drop
Make contact with the Starter for any special requests or updates on your group
Proceed to the Golf Shop and check in using your Membership Card
Bring the receipt to the Starter
Upon completion of your round, please see the bag attendant for club cleaning
Dress Code:
To enhance your experience please follow our dress code policy. Proper attire
must be worn at all times while utilizing the practice facility and golf courses.
Please remember you are responsible for your children and your guests.
Proper Golf Attire Includes:




Golf shoes with soft spikes or sneakers
Slacks, Pants, and Bermuda Length Shorts
Collared Golf Shirts including Mocks
Shirts must be tucked in at all times
Improper Golf Attire Includes:



Denim or Jeans
Gym Shorts or T-Shirts
Swimwear or Pool Wear
 Cargo Shorts or Cargo Pants!


Sandals or Dress Shoes
Sweat/workout pants
Online Tee Time Reservations

Online tee times are now available. Please contact the Membership department if
you have not received your log in information, or are experiencing any issues
with the website.
Starting Times and Member Regulations:








Each Member is allowed to make one starting time
All special requests must be approved by the Director of Golf or Head Golf
Professional
Starting times are available two weeks in advance for weekday times. Three days
in advance for weekend times.
Tee times may be made online at www.forsgatecc.com
You may call the Golf Shop after 10:00 AM on Wednesday for Saturday times
You may call the Golf Shop after 10:00 AM on Thursday for Sunday times

Golf Course Rules:






Fix your ball marks
Replace your divots (If you are not able to fix your divot please use the sand that is
provided)
Rake the bunker after your shot is played
90 degree rule with golf carts (unless otherwise noted)
Keep golf carts outside of the green post located at every green (Banks course)
Carts must remain on the cart path on every Par 3 and around all tees and greens
Guests Policy:
Guests: Members may bring up to 3 Guests anytime Monday-Friday and After 11:00 AM
on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays on our Banks course and after 9 AM on the Palmer
Course. Special requests will be at the discretion of the Director of Golf and Head Golf
Professional. An individual may be the guest of a Member a total of eight (8) times per
calendar year. Be sure to look for guest specials throughout the year!
Unaccompanied Guests: Corporate, Executive and Lifetime Members may send 4
guests per member anytime Monday-Thursday and after 1:00 PM on Friday, Saturday,
Sunday and Holidays.
Sports Members: Sports Members must check in with the Golf Shop and pay the
appropriate
guest and cart fees. Sports Members may play anytime during the week and after 10:00
am on weekends and holidays. A sports Member may not be a guest of another
Forsgate member in addition to their available rounds per calendar year.
Replay Rates:
If you wish to play another round of golf you must check with the Golf Shop after your
first round is complete. (Please visit the golf shop for the re play fees). Members will pay
a discounted cart fee and guest will only pay a cart fee.
Nine-Hole Rounds:
All players will register for an 18- hole cart fee and guest fee. If you are unable to play
past nine holes please return to the pro shop for a credit to your account. After the shop
is closed you may hand your ticket to the Starter on duty and your account will be
credited the next day.
Walking:



March – September – After 3:00 PM
October - November –After 2:00 PM
December – February – Anytime
Children under the age of 16 may walk the Palmer course after 10 am during the week
and after 12 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Juniors 16 and under may use pull
carts on the Palmer course.
