SPRE PREPARATION FORM (REVIEWEE)
SECTION 1 - Have there been any significant changes to your role, factors that
may have led to objectives being modified, or any other circumstances that
need to be taken into account. Consider organisational factors that may have
impacted on events – for example, changes to departmental priorities, lack of
resources, clarity of expectations/ directions etc. Also consider any personal
circumstances that may have impacted upon your performance, such as
periods of absence etc. Think about how you may address any problems.
