If team competitors wish to enter the Individual Classes on a different horse or pony please state that
you are also a Team Competitor on the Entry Form and pay the Individual Class Entry Fee. These
competitors will have to ride their team ride first before competing in the individual class.
In Team Classes there will be rosettes to 6th place.
Team and Individual entries must be submitted on separate forms with only one team per form. Failure
to do so may result in the entry not being accepted.
Entry fees for individual entries £40.00 pp there are no individual entries in the Trophy phases 1a, 2a,
3a, 4a, 5a, 6a & 7a
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The Finn Valley Riding Club shall not be liable for any claim in respect of damage, loss or injury
to any person, horse or property, however caused in respect or in connection with, or arising
out of this event.
2. The event will be run according to the Riding Clubs Rules 2017
3. Objections may be considered at the organising committee’s discretion subject to the objection
being made in writing to the organiser and accompanied by a £50 deposit, which will be
refunded in the event of the objection being upheld.
4. Closing date for entries is strictly Friday 16th June 2017.
5. Times will not be sent by post and will be posted on our website ww.finnvalleyridingclub.com
by Thursday 22nd June 2017.
6. A representative from each placed team/ individual must be present at the prize giving and no
prizes will be given out unless present in person.
7. ALL AREA TEAMS MUST APPOINT AT LEAST 1 HELPER FOR THE SHOW AND INDICATE THEIR
NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS ON THE ENTRY OR THE TEAM WILL BE REFUSED.
8. AMENDMENTS TO TEAM ENTRIES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED UP TO MIDDAY WEDNESDAY
21ST JUNE. AFTER THIS TIME WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CHANGES TO ENTRIES OTHER THAN
WITHDRAWALS.
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
THE ORGANISERS HAVE TAKEN ALL REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE THE HEALTH &
SAFETY OF EVERYONE PRESENT. FOR THESE MEASURES TO BE EFFECTIVE, EVERYONE MUST TAKE
REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID ACCIDENTS, AND MUST OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE
ORGANISERS AND STEWARDS
