TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. HOW TO APPLY: The booking application will be considered formalized once the following
arrangements have been made: The application have been properly filled in. The 80 euros
enrolment fee has been paid. The completed application form and bank receipt for the payment
of the enrolment is sent by fax or scanned by email (both are listed at the top of the 1st page
and in the general information box). If the documents are sent by fax we recommend phone to
the residence to ensure that the complete documentation has been properly received.

2. VALIDITY OF BOOKINGS AND DEADLINES FOR SIGNING THE LEASE AGREEMENT: The
payment of 80 euros as enrolment, guarantees a room at the residence until the 28th July, the
deadline for signing of the lease contract and for the payment of the deposit (amounting to a
monthly payment). The enrolment fee of 80 euros will not be refunded in case no contract has been
signed at that date. If before starting the course and having the contract already signed, the room is
renounced for any reason, including academic reasons, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. ADMISSION CRITERIA: The room’s allocation for students will be carried out taking into
account the date when the enrolment payment is made. Siblings already living in the residence will
be taken into account.
4. ALLOCATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF ROOMS: The distribution of the rooms will be carried
out by the head of the residence. Former residents who choose to renew the contract will first
choose the type of room depending on availability. However, the Management reserves the right to
change the assigned room during the stay, if the need arises, ensuring that the new room is the
same type as initially contracted. If a double room is chosen, you must state the name of the person
you would like to share it with (and if they are new or former residents). We will try to fulfil requests,
but sometimes it may not be possible to share a room with the chosen roommate.
5. REFUND OF THE ENROLMENT FEE AND DEPOSIT: The enrolment fee and the deposit will
only be refunded in the following cases: In the case that CAMPUS PATRIMONIAL is unable to
allocate an applicant due to a lack of available rooms or because we can not offer the kind of room
the applicant want and that has been marked in one of the possible options. The enrolment or the
deposit will NOT BE REFUNDED in the case of refusing the room that has been allocated, even if
this is renounced for academic reasons, likewise this deposit will also not be refunded under the
reasons set out in the lease contract.
