 Jen Knell motions for PCA and James Zavala seconds. Motion
approved.
Team photo contract
 3 year contract
 To go with Shooting Stars – Jen Knell motions and Joshua Hunt
seconds. Motion approved.
Field maintenance update
 Pipe broke in left field. City wants to approve offer. Need
estimates. Dave Fear motioned James Zavala seconds. Motion
approved.
 Trees need to be trimmed by February 1st. Dave Fear is getting
estimates. Chris Lewis motions Dave Fear seconds. Motion
approved.
Registration Update
 Payment plans will be redirected to walk-in registration to talk
with Mike Rusinek.
 Try outs will be on Jan 22nd and 23rd. The draft will be the
following week.
Rules
 Single A: Move the date players can pitch from May 1st to April
15th.
 AA rule change: Add-in field fly rule
