Describe changes to industries and organisations

Summarise the change process

Identify sources of support and resistance to change and
devise strategies to promote the change process

Develop a plan for change using a strategic approach and
appropriate intervention

Describe different forms of intervention and the necessary
requirements for successful implementation

Discuss methods of reviewing the progress of the change
process and embedding change within the organisation

Apply concepts to your own experience and case studies

a small- or medium-sized business.
