If you wish to claim a credit which isn’t available on PAYE Anytime, please complete an eForm 12. You can also just click on the ‘Request a P21 Balancing Statement’ on the bottom left hand corner of the screen if you want a review and there are no changes to be made to your credits or incomes. 6 Click ‘Submit all changes’ when complete
